Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 5th day of
November 1990 . The following mwtbers were
present: Mavor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasil iou, and litur.
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Helliwell introdt=ed the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 745
APPROVING ICE SKATING RINK LOCATIONS FOR THE 1990-91 WINTER SEASON
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission reviewed and recomended
the maintenance of the 1990-91 winter skating rinks shown on the attached map
at their meeting of September 13, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this
recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1990-91 winter skating rink locations are hereby
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mavor Bergman, Councilmembers Hu -11i L-11- Ricker.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
