Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of November ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Hel 1well ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-740
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. I
CITY PROJECT NO. 825
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Change metal panels from specified custom color to a standard color.
2. Add coloring to mortar for exterior brick and glazed tile joints.
3. Reduce waterproofing area requirements.
4. Delete ceiling hung support for toilet partitions.
5. Add trolly system for operators on overhead doors.
6. Hand dig around fiber optic cables to prevent damage.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Fire Station No. I, City Project No. 825 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for Fire Station No. I, City Project No. 825 by
adding $3,017 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $726,000.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 1,640.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 3,017.00

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma.yo� r RPrgman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
