Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
November , 1990. The following members were present: ,

Councilmember 2itur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-737
REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO
CONDUCT SPEED STUDIES
COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, residential development has been completed and is continuing along
County Road 9 west of 1-494; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to determine the proper speed limit for this street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the City requests the Hennepin County Department of
Transportation to make a request to the Cov=issioner of the Minnesota
Department of Transportation to undertake an engineering study to determine a
safe and reasonable speed on the following roads:
County Road 9 from I-494 to Vicksburg Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
1KQnr Harman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mavor deraman_ Cnunr11memherra Halliwell_ Ridkar_ _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolutiam was declared duly passed and adopted.
