. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of November ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers ,
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-735
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
COUNTY ROAD 101/COUNTY ROAD 9 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The addition of Schmidt Gardens Watermain, Project No. 034 consisting of the
installation of an 8" D.I.P. watermain along the south right-of-way of State
Highway 55 from County Road 101 to provide water service to the Schmidt
Gardens Addition.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the County Road 101/County Road 9 Trunk Watermain
City Project No. 012 is recommended for approval;
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the County Road 101/County Road 9 Trunk
Watermain City Project No. 012 by adding $36,859.25 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $474,641.85

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell- Rirker, Vngilimi„ ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: Non
. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
