Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
November , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,

introduced the following Resolution and moved
RESOLUTION NO. 90-734
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT GARDENS WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 034
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on September 10, 1990
the City's Consulting Engineer, Rieke, Carroll, Muller Associates, Inc., has
prepared plans and specifications for Schmidt Gardens Watermain Improvements
by the installation of an 8" D.I.P. watermain along the south right-of-way of
State Highway 55 from County Road 101 to provide water service to the Schmidt
Gardens Addition and has presented such plans and specifications to the
Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Beraman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
Loted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
