Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
November , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilme her 7itiir introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 733
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A ROADWAY EASEMENT (ANNAPOLIS LANE EXTENSION) DOCUMENT NO. 4557139
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of proposed Plymouth
Business Center Fifth Addition has petitioned the City Council for the
vacation of a portion of the following roadway easement described as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL:
That part of the North half of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as beginning at the Southeast corner of Edman
Addition; thence North to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1,
Edman Addition; thence East, parallel with the North line of said
Northwest quarter 270 feet; thence North parallel with the West
line thereof 120 feet; thence East parallel with said North line
231.20 feet; thence North 100 feet to the North line of said
Northwest quarter; thence East along said North line to the
Westerly line of Interstate Highway No. 494; thence Southwesterly
along said Highway to the South line of the North half of the
North half of the Northwest quarter of Section 22; thence Westerly
along said South line to the point of beginning.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A perpetual easement 70 feet in width for public roadway purposes
over, under, and across the above-described parcel, the centerline
of such easement being described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of
Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
thence on an assumed bearing of South 890 55' 32" East along the
North line of said Northwest quarter 1219.42 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence South
00 04' 28" West 40 feet; thence South 180 08' 19" West 120.17
feet; thence South 400 14' 33" West 120.17 feet; thence South 580
18' 24" West 525 feet and there terminating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
December 17, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
