Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
November , 1990. The following members were present: ,

Couucilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-731
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - FAWN CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Fawn Creek
Addition.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Fawn Creek
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on November 5, 1990 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and
property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity
to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor BeBerp-man Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. ,
Vaniliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
