Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
November 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmemh s H llim ll- Rirā¢knr- Vacilin- ,
and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced she following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 728
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
BAY POINTE ON MOONEY LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 5, 1990, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Bay Pointe on Mooney Lake Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the
Council on November 5, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plat named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted November 5, 1990. The
petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
