Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a __ r�g11 ar _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, Was held on the 5JJ2 day of
November, 1990. The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman

The following members were absent: None
CouncilMraber Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-716
REDUCTION OF EROSION CONTROL FINANCIAL GUARANTEE FOR CRAIG SCHERBER FOR "SWAN
LAKE WEST ADDITION" (89025)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City policy for erosion and siltation control,
Craig Scherber submitted a financial guarantee in the amount of $52,000 with
the application for Grading Permit No. 21412 for improvements at "Swan Lake
West"; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has requested reduction of the financial guarantee
based upon the work completed and the work remaining; and,
WHEREAS, City administrative staff members have inspected the site relative to
the grading and the need for erosion and siltation control;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the financial guarantee submitted by Craig Scherber for "Swan Lake West" for
erosion and siltation control under Letter of Credit No. 167 from $52,000 to
$26,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_Mayor Berams_n , and upon vote being taken t.�reon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mav= Rercman. Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
