Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a . regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
November, 19_90 The following members were present:
Mayor BerMan, Councilmembers Helliwell 21tur, Rinker,Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Cnunc member &.Ltur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-715
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF TREE PRESERVATION FINANCIAL GUARANTEE FOR DENNIS ARNE -
FAWN CREEK ADDITION (90022)
WHEREAS, Policy Resolution 89-439 (Tree Preservation) requires the
preservation of trees on sites of new development including those residential
developments not subject to formal Site Plan approval; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract dated September 24, 1990, requires that the
developer comply with those provisions of the policy; and,
WHEREAS, the necessary financial guarantee was received for tree preservation
at Fawn Creek Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has inspected the site at the developer's request
and has found that the trees were preserved and are viable and recommends the
release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the financial guarantee in the amount of $20,225, which was submitted to
guarantee tree preservation for Fawn Creek Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
