Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5-th day of
November, 1990_ The following members were present: Mayor Bergman.
Cou11ne-embara He? liwall, Ricker, Vasi-1 u, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
c;ouacilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-713
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT
DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LEGRAN HOMES (90100)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for LeGran
Homes located north of 43rd Avenue North between Quinwood Lane and Rosewood
Lane at 12900 and 12820 43rd Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot
division/consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback or any other variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
5. No building permit is to be issued resulting in a change in building
coverage until the lot division/consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman. Councilmamhers
The following voted against or abstained_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
