Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-712
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LEGRAN HOMES (90100)
WHEREAS, LeGran Homes has requested approval for a lot division/consolidation
for the creation of two lots located north of 43rd Avenue North between
Quinwood Lane and Rosewood Lane at 12900 and 12820 43rd Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFOR?, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for LeGran Homes for property located north of 43rd
Avenue North between Quinwood Lane and Rosewood Lane at 12900 and 12820 43rd
Avenue North.
PARCEL A
Lot 7, Block 3, Swan Lake West, Hennepin County, Minnesota
PARCEL B
Lot 8, Block 3, Swan Lake West, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
EARCer. a
That part of Lot 7, Block 3, Swan Lake West, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
which lies northwesterly of the southeasterly 6.00 feet thereof.
Contains 15,311 square feet, more or less.
PARCEL B
Lot 8 and the southeasterly 6 feet of Lot 7, Block 3, Swan Lake West,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. Contains 16,008 square feet, more or less.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman _, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Co1_ncilmamt,eyn Helliwell,,_
Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker The following
voted against or abstained None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
