Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5_tbday of
November, 192Q. The following members were present: _ dyer Beroman_
Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vaailiou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur �_. introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-704
APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT 0284 (WAYZATA) FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (90072)
WHEREAS, Independent School District 0284 (Wayzata) has requested approval for
an amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit to construct six new parking
spaces and to construct a new monument sign for Plymouth Creek Elementary
School located at the southwest corner of 41st Avenue North and Vicksburg
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL or THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Independent School District 0284 (Wayzata) for an amended Site Plan and
Conditional Use Permit to construct six new parking spaces and to construct a
new monument sign for Plymouth Creek Elementary School located at the
southwest corner of 41st Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the O:iinance and the approved
sign plan.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
6. Compliance with the applicable conditions of City Council Resolutions 88--
389 (original Site Plan) and 89-31 (amended Site Plan and Conditional Use
Permit).

7. The approved fire lane shall not be used for public traffic circulation or
for parking.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Beraman. Counc±lnumharw
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
