Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of October
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, ,
Ricked Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
_Coiencilmemher Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-695
REDUCING DEVFLOPMENT BOND
TYRELL SEVENTH ADDITION (88072)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 18, 1988, Hans Hagen
Homes, Inc., developer of Tyrell Seventh Addition (88072), has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
Street Construction $ 44,930 $ -0-
Sanitary Sewer 26,534 -0-
Watermain 27,028 -0-
Storm Sewer 7,327 -0-
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 4,200 -0-
Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0-
Street Signs 150 -0-
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements (grading permit issued previously)
Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0-
Design, Administration, Inspection, As -Guilts 13,220 -0-
TOTAL
$ 123,389 $ -0-
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $25,692 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, street
construction, and concrete curb and gutter is accepted for continual maintenance as of
October 15, 1990 subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrilmpmhpr Vacilin„ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Coun ilm mbers Helliwell- Ricker- Vasilinn- ,
and Zitur _

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
