Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular mee Ing of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15tji day of October
1990. The following members were present: mayor Bergman. Co uns•ilmembers Helliwell
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None _
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-685
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PARKVIEW RIDGE ADDITION (88018)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 9, 1990, Lyman Lumber
Company, developer of Parkview Ridge Addition (88018), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
Street Construction $ 161,000 S 42,600
Sanitary Sewer 112,000 -0-
Watermain 113,000 -0-
Storm Sewer 60,000 -0-
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 19,000 19,000
Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0-
Street Signs 1,050 1,050
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 153,000 -0-
Park and Trail Improvements 13,900 1,400
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 75.954 7,686
TOTAL
$ 708,904 $ 71,736
That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above
from $708,90L to $/1,736 to reflect the completed work.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:
Maintenance of Erosion
and Sediment Control Plan
Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning
Cash:
Letter of Credit:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer construction
is accepted for continual maintenance as of October 15, 1990 subject to the One Year
Guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers H 1 wal l Rirkar� Vag{lin��� ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
