Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15rh day of
nernhar , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou Ricker Bergman
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 682
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND ANNAPOLIS LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 941
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the
County of Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
To install new traffic temporary control signals on County Road 9
and Annapolis Lane in accordance with the terms and conditions set
forth and contained in Agreement No. 55-17-90, a copy of which was
before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
FURTHER that Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the City's consulting
engineer for the project and shall perform the necessary engineering work in
accordance with the agreement.
FURTHER, that $50,000 to fund the project is authorized from the City's
Minnesota State Aid Fund Account (402-402).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun ilm mh r Vasilin„ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Zitur. Ricker Va ilio Berorman
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
