Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 15th day of
October f lg_—. The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasil.iou, and Zitur .
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. g0- 680
APPROVING PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT 2047 FORESTVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, the property owner of 2047 Forestview Lane has requested that the
City of Plymouth purchase her property, and
WHEREAS, the City's comprehensive park plan calls for the acquisition of said
property, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the City proceed
with the acquisition of this property at this time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager and Finance Director be authorized
to purchase the property at 2047 Forestview Lane at a price of $75,000, and
further, that staff be authorized to take the necessary steps to have the
property razed so as to alleviate any potential risk of liability exposure.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
