Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of October, 1990. The following members were present:
Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-679
AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO THE
ISSUANCE OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that
it does hereby amend the policy relating to the issuance of on -
sale intoxicating liquor licenses as shown on the attached
policy.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmemb-o-r_y,siliou and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Helliwell, Zitur, Ricker,Vasiliou, Bergman.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
