Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October , 192-Q The following members were present: Mayor Bergman,
Co unci jUMM ers Helliwell, Ricker, Va`+ l +out a_nd Zitu_r
The following members were absent: None
Counciimember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
REF,OLUTION 90-676
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CALIBER DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY (89082)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Cheshire Business Center I located at 2600 Fernbrook
Lane was administratively approved; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $53,700; and,
0 WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Letter of Credit #550337 in the amount of $53,700, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Cheshire Business Center I to $8,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coungiliwmber Vagi l i ou_ __. , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergm, , Gou�c+
Helliwell, Ricker, Vaj-LLQU. _and Zitur
The following voted against �ji abstained_ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
