Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1990 The following members were present: Mayor Ber an,
Councilmambers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zlt r
The following members were absent: None
CouncijMraber Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-674
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OF MINNESOTA, INC. (87027)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Waterford Park Plaza located at 6th Avenue North and
Revere Lane was administratively approved on September 9, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Performance Bond in the amount of $817,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Performance Bond #UL446290 in the amount of $817,500, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Waterford Park Plaza to $79,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coun l mem Vac;liou and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Bergmn Counci1me_mbers
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasil ou and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
