Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15Th day of
October, 192D The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman
Cannc; IM00hars Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent:_ None
Counci mgmhAr R;Qker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-670
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR OPUS CORPORATION (89076)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Tech West parking improvements at 14700 28th Avenue
North was administratively approved on September 14, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $25,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit #SB9110 in the amount of $25,500, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Tech West parking expansion at 14700 28th
Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by.. Counncir Vasilin++ , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Council -members _
Helliwell, Ricker,_Vasil ou ..-_nd Zitur _
The following voted against ,r abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
