Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 192Q. The following members were present: _Mayor Beraman
Co+uncilmwmhera Helliwe.l, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur _
The following members were absent:__ None
Councilmemher Ricker_ V introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-668
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MINTER-WEISMAN COMPANY
(89002)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Minter -Weisman Company located at 1035 Nathan Lane
was administratively approved; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $92,009.30; and,
WHEREAS, a reduction of the Site Performance Guarantee to $10,000 was approved
under City Council Resolution 89•-622; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit #1308 in the amount of $10,000, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for the Minter -Weisman Company.
The motion for adoption of tiie foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmrah.r Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman" Councilmembers
Helliwell Bicker. Vasiliou_ and Zit -lir
The following voted against ut abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
