Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 192Q The following members were present: _Mayor, Bergman.
Cou_nc; tM=h.rx Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zit r
The following members were absent:_-__ None
Cnunncker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-665
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR W.W. GRAINGER, INC.

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for W.W. Grainger, Inc. located at 2450 Annapolis Lane
was administratively approved; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Performance Bond in the amount of $60,600; and,
' WHEREAS, the a reduction of the Site Performance Guarantee to $5,000 was
approved under City Council Resolution 89-653; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Performance Bond No. 5533641 in the amount of $5,000, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for W.W. Grainger, Inc.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CouncilmembgX Vasil ou _ - _ and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman" Councilmembera___

The following voted against -i abstained_. None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
