Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1922 The following members were present: May Beroman_
Councelliwell, Ricker._Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent:_ None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-660
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ERIN PROPERTIES FOR
OFFICE/WAREHOUSE (88053)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for the Erin Properties located at 12935 16th Avenue
North was approved under City Council Resolution 88-349; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $65,350; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 88-804 authorized the reduction of
this Letter of Credit to $7,700; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, 6E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit 8637 in the amount of $7,700, which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Erin Properties.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmembar Vasilinu _ , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor aerQ���

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
