Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15t day of
October, 1990 The following members were present: Manor Berge�a,
Cou_nci +gm era Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou and Z't r
The following members were absent:_ None
CouncilAjrjWarX IZckeZ_ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-659
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ERIN PROPERTIES FOR
OFFICE/WAREHOUSE (88052)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Speck Properties -Building A at 13005 16th Avenue
North was approved under City Council Revolution 88-348; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $75,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 89-76 authorized the reduction of
this Letter of Credit to $13,400.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY Or
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Letter of Credit iSB7404 in the amount of $13,400.00, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for Speck Properties -Building A at 13005 16th
Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Berg=n, Councilmemhorm

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
