Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymou'h, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 192,9 The following members were present: Mayor Bergmnl,
Cnnnpi lmo+n eLg jjCl 7 ivol 1, Rickerx Va9iliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None _
Councilmember Ricker __ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-658
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OF MINNESOTA, INC. (88049)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for 605 Waterford Park located at 605 Highway 169 was
approved under City Council Resolution 88-686; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Performance Bond in the amount of $510,750; and,
WHEREAS, a reduction of the Site Performance Guarantee to $60,000 was approved
0 under City Council Resolution 88-803; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Performance Bond #U1446288 in the amount of $60,000, which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements for 605 Waterford Park.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_ Councilmamber Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor 8e=fin, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Rickerx Vasiliou"_ and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
