HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-654CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1990 The following members were present: _Mayor Bergman" Councilmem},er8 Helliwell, Picker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent:_ None C9uncilme+++r+Pr Ricker__ __ _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-654 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND APPROVING ZONING ORDINANCE VARIANCE FOR HOYT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR 6 & 61 OFFICE—WAREHOUSE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND COUNTY ROAD 61 (90070) WHEREAS, Hoyt Development Company has requested approval for an Amended Site Plan and Zoning Ordinance Variances for property located at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and County Road 61; and, WHEREAS, A Site Plan has been administratively approved for this project by a letter dated November 9, 1989 under file 89075; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hoyt Development Company has requested approval for an Amended Site Plan and Zoning Ordinance Variances for property located at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and County Road 61, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The petitioner shall comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Administrative Approval letter and Resolution 90-290 regarding the Conditional Use Permit for 65 percent office occupancy. 3. A variance is approved to permit off-street parking to within 25 feet of the County Road 61 right of -way; and, to within 15 feet of the County Road 6 right-of-way line consistent with the Site Plan submitted, based on the following findings: The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counni Imemhohr Zit, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bern, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and ._Z itur The following voted against c.r abstained_ Councilmember Vasiliou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
