Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1990 The following members were present: Mayor Ber®an.

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell _ _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-653
AMENDING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO RPUD FINAL
PLAN/PLAT FOR GRAHAM DEVELOPMENT FOR "HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION"
(RPUD 88-5) (89087)
WHEREAS, Graham Development has requested amendment to Condition 18 of
Resolution 89-695 based on a change in land use classification for land
located south of the subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the RPUD Final Plan/Plat and
Development Contract and Conditions to be Met Prior to Filing and Related to
the RPUD Final Plan/Plat for "Heritage Woods Estates 2nd Addition" by
Resolution 89-695;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
amendment to Resolution 90-695:
1. Condition 18 is amended to allow planting of 140 coniferous trees along
the north and east sides of the subdivision in lieu of the south side,
and building permits may be issued for Lots 1-11, Block 4 without prior
installation of transition landscaping along the south property line.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
