HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-650CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of October 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Vasiliou its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 90- 650 ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING 47TH AVENUE AND QUINWOOD LANE FROM NORTHWEST BOULEVARD TO 49TH AVENUE WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-613 of the City Council, adopted the 24th day of September, 1990, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street lighting improvements along 47th Avenue and Quinwood Lane from Northwest Boulevard to 49th Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of two (2) ornamental residential street lights and one overhead light; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 15th day of October, 1990, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted September 24, 1990. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Wright -Hennepin Electric Cooperative Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor BerEma�_ Criunrilmomherg Halliwell- Rirk-- The following voted against or abstained: Nnne Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
