Pursuant to due call and notice thereof., a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 1st day of
October F 19___k. The following members were
Presents Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 640
APPROVING SALE OF LAND TO HENNEPIN PARKS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth acquired approximately two acres of land for the
North Hennepin Regional Trail Corridor in 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the sale of said
property to Hennepin Parks from the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin Parks has agreed to the City's sale price of $20,495,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager and Finance Director are authorized
to sell two acres of regional trail corridor to Hennepin Parks at a price of
$20,495, and further, that said funds are to be deposited in the City's park
dedication account 218-218 to be used for future park acquisition and
development within the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
•oun ilmpmb- Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
