Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular -meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on _lst day of

RESOLUTION NO. 90-639
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR BASS LAKE COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD PROJECT NO. 021
AND PARKERS LAKE COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD PROJECT NO. 022
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer, Brauer b Associates, has prepared
plans and specifications for Bass Lake and Parkers Lake Playfields, as
directed by the City Council, and has presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part of, are hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
