Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of
Oober, 192Q The following members were present: Mayor Beroman

The following members were absent: None

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-637
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF CITY OF PLYMOUTH GRANT APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN
COUNTY FOR INCLUSION IN THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY C06lMMITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT APPLICATION FOR YEAR XV
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, through a joint cooperation agreement with
Hennepin County is a participant in the Urban Hennepin County Community
Development Block Grant Program, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, on October 3, 1989, executed Hennepin County
Contract No. A07309, (Year XV Subrecipient Agreement) which governs the
implementation of approved activities in the Urban Hennepin County Community
Development Block Grant Program, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth held a Public Hearing on September 27, 1990. to
consider p4blic comments on a proposed amendment to the Year XV Urban Hennepin
County Statement of Projected Use Of Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does ascend the Year XV Urban
Hennepin County Statement of Projected Use of Funds by reallocating $70,000
from No. 50082, Housing Rehabilitation Grants/Loans to No. 50083, Scattered
Site Homeownership.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of Plymouth authorize the Mayor
and City Administrator to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract A07309 to
implement the subject amendment to the Year XV Urban Hennepin County Statement
of Projected Use of Funds.
FURTHER, to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute Amendment
No. 1 to the Third Party Agreement executed between the City of Plymouth and
Plymouth Housing Redevelopment Authority on August 6, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmemhar Zitur _ _ and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
