Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ reqular , meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnn:sota, was held on the 1st day of
October, 192Q_ The following members were present: Mayor Bergman"

The following members were absent: None
Counci member Vasiliol introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-636
ADOPTION OF A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, YEARS 1991-
1993
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been designated a Metropolitan City for
purposes of receiving direct Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the upcoming CDBG
Program Year XVII (January 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991); and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the
submittal of a Housing Assistance Plan for the three-year period, January 1,
1991 through December 31, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, at a
special meeting on September 27, 1990, has reviewed the Housing Assistance
Plan prepared by Thibault Associates, and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve and adopt the
Housing Assistance Plan prepared by Thibault Associates for the period January
1, 1991 through December 31, 1993.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmenher i , , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: vox Bergman, Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
