Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of
October 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-629
TERMINATION OF DEFERRED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Land Use Guide Plan for Parcel 28-118-22-
31-0001 of homestead land was guided LA -3 at the time of the original
assessment was reguided to LA -1 per Resolution No. 84-226.
WHEREAS, the reguiding is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Criteria.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the assessment against 28-118-22-31-0001 be
terminated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
