46 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of October ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmemhers ,
Hell�ll_ Rinker, Vacilirni, and 7irnr

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-627
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MEDINA ROAD
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-584 of the City Council adopted the 10th day of September,
1990, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to Medina Road
from County Road 24 to Brockton Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 36 to 52 foot wide 9 ton
roadway with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain on
Medina Road and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 1st day of October,
1990, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted September 10, 1990.
2. Donohue & Associates is designated as engineer for the improvement.
They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
