Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of nrtnher ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 625
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-624
VACATING A PORTION OF 46TH AVENUE WITHIN OUTLOT A OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a portion of 46th Avenue
within Outlot A Oxbow Ridge by Resolution No. 90-62 4--.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until:
1. The final plat of Oxbow Ridge 2nd Addition is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vaciliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman- Crnmrilmamh rs 14P11iwP11, Rirlrpr, Vas31401-,,
and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
