Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of October
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 90-624
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 46TH AVENUE WITHIN
OUTLOT A OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of 46th Avenue within Outlot A
Oxbow Ridge Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for October 1,
1990 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of October 1, 1990; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
10 mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on October 1, 1990 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of said street; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following
1. All that part of 46th Avenue Oxbow Ridge Addition according to the plat
on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin
County, Minnesota described as follows:
The southwesterly 40.20 feet of 46th Avenue North as platted in Oxbow
Ridge, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: _ None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
