Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
10 the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of September
1920. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Bicker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None

Councilmgmber Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 609
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
COUNTY ROAD 101/COUNTY ROAD 9 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of County Road
101/County Road 9 Trunk Watermain, and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Glendale Contracting of Plymouth, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Glendale Contracting of Plymouth, MN
in the name of the City of Plymouth for County Road 101/County Road 9
Trunk Watermain according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $474,641.85.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and Zitur '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
