Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21th day of
geotember , 192D--_ The following members were present: Mayor Berge
Cauncilmembera Halliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
CQuacilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-600
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR O'CONNOR SALES LOCATED
AT 9$17 10TH AVENUE NORTH (A-619)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for O'Connor Sales was approved under City Council
Resolution 75-293; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Landscape Bond No. 37S52754BCA in the amount of $4,200; and,
WHEREAS, a reduction of the Site Performance Guarantee from $4,200 to $1,000
for O'Connor Sales was approved urdsm-r r;ty Council Resolution 76-536; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Landscape Bond No. 37S52754BCA in the amount of $1,000, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for O'Connor Sales.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by_ Knor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: .mayor Ber4an, Cntmcilmembers
Helliwell,, Ri ekar, Vaailiou, and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
