Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of
September , 1990The following members were present: Mayor Bergman
Counc ]members Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliouo and Zitur
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLTITION 90-598
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMAFCE GUARANTEE FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY
FOR PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER - PHASE IV LOCATED AT 3905 AND 3955 ANNAPOLIS
LANE (85044)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Business Center was approved under City
Council Resolution 85-747; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a performance bond in the amount of $319,650; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorise the release of
the Performance Bond No. 8111-96-41 in the amount of $319,650, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Plymouth Business Center -
Phase IV located at 3905 and 3955 Annapolis Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
