Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
movr] its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-592
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR RICHARD DEZIEL FOR "OXBOW RIDGE 2ND ADDITION" (90077)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located south of the south terminus of 46th Avenue North and west of Vicksburg
Lane from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to R -1B (Low Density
Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for
Richard Deziel for "Oxbow Ridge 2nd Addition;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Richard Deziel for "Oxbow Ridge 2nd Addition" to be filed with Hennepin County
prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Bergmn , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor BerMan, Councilmemb rs
Helliwell,_ Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
