Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of

Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-589
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RICHARD DEZIEL FOR "OXBOW
RIDGE 2ND ADDITION" (90077)
WHEREAS, Richard Deziel has requested approval of a Final Plat for "Oxbow
Ridge 2nd Addition" located south of the south terminus of 46th Avenue North
and west of Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Richard Deziel for "Oxbow Ridge 2nd Addition" located
south of the south terminus of 46th Avenue North and west of Vicksburg Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by mayor Beroman , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Berge, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
