Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for "Stone Creek" located at
the northeast corner of County Road 24 and County Road 101 per City Council
action on July 16, 1990; and,

Scherber for a Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for "Stone

of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. The Concept Plan is not consistent with the Park and Trail Element of the
Plymouth Comprehensive Plan.
3. The Concept Plan is not responsive to the City Council direction of July
