HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-583CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of GpntPmbpr , 1990. The following members were present: , Magor Bergman- Crnmri lmamhara RP -11 jwP11 - Rirkpr- Vali l inu � and Zit -fir , The following members were absent: Nnnp Crnjnrilmpmhpr Vasiliot introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90- 583 REINSTATING AND AMENDING STOP SIGN INSTALLATION POLICY WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 82-590 the City Council has adopted a policy concerning request for stop sign installation; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89-697 the City Council suspended the policy until further study by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the policy and reached a conclusion on revisions to the policy; and WHEREAS, a memorandum dated September 6, 1990, and presented to the City Council on September 10, 1990, from the Director of Public Works outlines the proposed revisions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Resolution No. 82-590 is reinstated after being amended in accordance with the memorandum from the Director of Public Works dated September 6, 1990. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .o un ilm mb r Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. , Vasiliou. and-Zitur The following voted against or abstained: _ None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
