Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of Septemher ,

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-580
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 001
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Work required by Hennepin County along County Road 101, increased mudjacking
quantities and a one month extension for contract completion.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 001 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 001 by adding $15,670.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $1,868,233.05

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,883,903.05
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and
'Zitur '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
