The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman Councilmpmb ra $ell w 71- Rirkor- Vase4ling, end 74r The following members were absent: Nnnp Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-578 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - PLYMOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Plymouth Meadows Addition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvements of Plymouth Meadows Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on September 10, 1990 , is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
