Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
September , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Beraman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 577
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 46TH AVENUE NORTH STREET RIGHT OF WAY
OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Oxbow Ridge Addition has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of a portion of the following
street right of way within Oxbow Ridge Addition:
The southwesterly 40.20 feet of 46th Avenue North as platted in
Oxbow Ridge, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
October 1, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Quntil pmh r vas iou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vaailtou_ and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
