10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a restular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of September ,

The following members were absent: None
_Councilmember Vasil nu introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-574
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO. 12 - PUMPING FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 909
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Change pitless adapter from 18" to 24"
Repair valve at well No. 7
Install watermain over storm sewer line
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well No. 12, Pumping Facility, City Project No. 909
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Well No. 12, Pumping Facility, City Project No.
909 is approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
