Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulate r _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
seFtemher , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 559
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 10 AND NATHAN LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
BF. 1T RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the
:ounty of Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
To install new traffic control signals with street lights and
signing on County Road 10 and Nathan Lane in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 44-
17-90, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are
authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
FURTHER that Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the City's consulting
engineer for the project and shall perform the necessary engineering work in
accordance with the agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
