Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular,__ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-558
APPROVING VARIANCE TO CITY CODE STANDARDS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT A FIRE
LANE FOR wRICO STAMPING COMPANY AT 2727 NIAGARA LANE (90064)
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the variance to City Code standards to
allow construction without a fire lane parallel to Niagara Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a variance to the
City Code to permit construction of an addition to Wrico Stamping Company per
a Site Plan administratively approved, without a fire lane along the Niagara
Lane frontage. The basis for the variance is proximity of Niagara Lane
coupled with preservation of existing natural landscape features as
recommended by the Fire Chief.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councir Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ber®an, Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
